Philip Leitch Becky's music strikes a chord which I can't easily explain. It makes concentration easier, relaxation deeper and is art at its glorious best. There is raw talent juxtaposed with humbleness. She has passion for and of music. Her mixes of other artists are eclectic yet unified. Words can't describe the beauty of the artistic creations. Favorite track: Little Frog.

MY NEW FRIEND By Sui Zhen Here I go again wondering what could have been, a new friend, Telling what is known to keep up with all that's grown, when it's hard to see, it's hard to be... Sure, of anything Sure of anything There's always one more that could be done away but it'll take a few till I can finally say You see her and you both feel that somethings wrong so you turn all your attention to the road, the road And you hope, there's a long way to go And it's black, black night and the thunder rolls on You're waiting for the light, and the feeling I used to know Giving all I got And speaking slow there's a field between though we stand so close And how does it feel? Come tomorrows end though I don't ask you're at my door again, my door again And you wait, you're waiting for the rain to pass And you wait, you're waiting till you come last And you wait, you're waiting for your new friend And you wait, you're waiting for something more Come to my door Come to my door Come to my door, my new friend.

Little Frog 03:03
LITTLE FROG Saturday, Saturday Saturday left me With Sunday a note Dawn in the park Dampens my clothes How did I? How did I? Spend so long away from home So long away from home Dawn to day And day to night I can cook three meals With not even a fight Maybe my, maybe my Maybe my sister Will be awake still (are you awake still?) Cycle to her house And knock on her sill There she sits, there she sits A bright spot of light, drawing in the night She needs seven hundred but she only has fifty Pick up a pen and get to work quickly Little frog, little frog Frog will you listen And tell me if I’m wrong I want all your enemies To know what they’ve done

CUPBOARDS AND SAND You hide your mountains from me I open my ears to investigate An absent sound that says I’m sorry To be dragging you down to this empty place In darker moments you had me Wishing to be far away On my own mountain I fancy Singing you, the blues away Now that we’ve been resurrected I’m keeping my fingers, at the ready For talk and type and tender touch Still red and raw with tear streaked cheeks So- Hold, hold, my little friend and my animal Feel, feel it’s comfort at my heart beat I can not be suckered in again by walls and words that bear no hope at all I walk now with two feet covered In socks and laces to break my fall Bruised and battered lady down the ladder Me? No more There’s a hole beneath my bed But it doesn’t bother me at all Grey blue rounded staring pigeons Perched stout on the wall Now we won’t let the dark things bite us again Now that we have set each other free I’ll cook I’ll clean I’ll work I’ll feed us Never mind what is said about me So hold, hold dearest we’re all dying Slow, slow, my happiness I’m trying

IMAGINED SHIPS The ships they all sail on without me the aeroplane lifts off and over the sea I’m always the one at the window waiting and watching for my turn to be on the other side of the table a hundred years old but it feels new to me I’d give all my time to be able to taste the leaves at the top of the tree The ships they all dock in the harbour they glisten in moonlight, gloriously I’m filled with the taste of metal and paper and plastic, monetary I’ll dream up a picture green olives, and possibly by morning I’ll leave you sleeping so you will wake to no memory of me I’ll sell all my clothes and things on the street too much choice just makes me dizzy I’ll tell all my friends to bury me deep into their hearts, for two years at least way below the concrete and steel and sweat I sleep peacefully holding my breath for the last piece of history to crumble around me I gave it my best shot now I want to go home to tall boy of the harbour with bullets for eyes he pulls me aside for holding on to bombs under my skin I safely assure him well I blew them all up I am older I want nothing but peace so won’t you please won’t you please won’t you please forgive me

TUESDAY SOMETIMES by Sui Zhen Lover, I do wonder what you do when I’m gone there’s a man is on the TV screaming things and I’m talking you but you aren’t listening then you want to know more and I want you to know more but I can’t give it all no I can’t give it all The same thing happens on Tuesday as we walk passed the park where you told me your name and I witnessed your dark side but it’s not how is used to be there aren’t softened words and the sky is always changing and you’re not quick to laugh when I smile and you’re not quick to stay for a while Lover I do wonder what you do when I’m gone And your endless nothings they keep me on the outside so whenever I look in there are things that I can’t find
like I’m you’re always and I’m doing fine and I’d like to hold you most of the time Well you said you have to go there before you know it’s not right when I am with you we are happy sometimes we are happy sometimes we are happy sometimes Lover I do wonder what you do when I’m gone Lover I do wonder what you do when I’m gone What do you do when I’m gone

HAPPY TO SEE YOU by Sui Zhen It’s a dark night won’t you come home Happily I’ll come to the door to pick up your pieces from off the floor It’s a long ride You won’t say a word Our silence is broken but I can’t be heard But I could not leave you out in the cold and I’m happy to see you if only to say goodbye and I’m happy to see you if only to say goodbye It’s a steep climb from your afternoon slumber to the middle of the road we once knew, if you got my letter maybe you'll wait and I’ll be happy to see you if only to be passers by and I’ll be happy to see you just one last time

Blue Night 05:04
BLUE NIGHT by Sui Zhen Blue was the night when you came to me short was your breath when you arrived everyone, stays with me Stay with me Long was the wait Long was the time, in between And oh oh oh, Lightning Oh oh oh Crash Oh oh oh No Money oh oh oh dvds I could watch three seasons with you I could touch, your skin under the blanket And you don't seem to mind My head, on your shoulders does it put you at ease? and oh oh oh nothing oh oh oh nothing oh oh oh how do I find you? oh oh oh

Golden Cage 02:43
GOLDEN CAGE by Sui Zhen He rose to a power he couldn't comprehend See no-one was higher so he would have no friends locked in his safety and locked in his heart he won't ever get out no not if he's smart Da da da, da da da da Tell him seventeen is not a good time Wait for the wall to crumble from the sky Sell all those things and get out on the street Down with the darkness you might go unseen Since you've been around It's not been the same since you've been around Tell me, why could it be It's in the way that you look into me Since you're not going to stay Come tomorrow you'll see things have changed Since you've been around, it's not been the same since you've been around Da da da, da da da da

TO KEEP YOU FROM FALLING by Sui Zhen There's a light on For here you here There's a light on To keep you from falling When you come home Keep you near If you need some Feed my fear There's the bed that I made so well All crumpled and crying laid it's bane for you I wonder around so worried it's true the ordinary things become my tools Take notice as the dust gathers Until my mettle is done The paths are long gone Until you can remember If I was ever there To begin The tires left no tracks The house is a well Tired and lonesome A warren of wings And you'll shed yours eventually Join us in, the meant to be There's the bed that I made so well All crumpled and crying laid it's bane for you I wonder around so worried it's true the ordinary things become my tools Take notice as the dust gathers Until my mettle is done Take notice always frozen Now melt my words and show your skin Oh oh oh

Wandering Me 03:19
WANDERING ME By Sui Zhen What would it take you to smile? When you were younger you dreamt all the while about all that you are now But it's still not enough and it won't pick you up when you're down What would it take to let go? Into my arms they're ready to hold you through the night, to make you feel right when you're wrong And time carries us on. Like a train in the night, headed for the light we call home What would it take you to see? All that's around you is yours to set free, with your brush and your pen, see through till the end, and belong But the harness is strong, and it binds you to all that hold on. What would it take you to breathe? Love is a blessing if you could only see, that to need is okay, to want for a happy grave And time whispers to me, like a bull to a fight, try as I might to set you free Like a train in the night, headed for the light we call home Like a bull to a fight, try as I might to let you be
